Jean is an independent certified legal nurse consultant, assisting both Plaintiff and Defense attorneys in analyzing medical records to evaluate delivery of care and or deviations from standards of care. 

She has over 40 years' experience as a registered nurse in various settings including Acute Care, Home Care and Long Term Care, and over sixteen years experience as an assistant living administrator. 

She has extensive experience in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures to assure facility's practice complies with State and Federal regulations and Standards of Care and is adept at analyzing medical records to determine appropriate delivery of care and/or deviation from standards of care. 

She is also an independent Long Term Care consultant, assisting communities in developing and implementing policies and procedures that meet or exceed state regulations and enable staff to provide quality services to residents. 

Jean has successfully developed and implemented a facility's operating budget and coached department heads in managing their budgets to provide quality care and services, resulting in high resident satisfaction and multiple deficiency-free state surveys.
